Holistic coaching for parents who want support, clarity and a place to feel seen

You’re Ready To Stop Teaching

Sound familiar?

  • You’re tired of constantly correcting, reminding and teaching others what correct pronouns to use

  • You long to be heard and understood in a safe space to unload emotions that only someone in the LGBTQIA+ community understands

  • You want to stop teaching terminology to others and instead, shift to helping them understand why making the effort to educate themselves matters

What’s Possible ?

  • The Confidence To Create Boundaries

You will experience freedom and relief by creating boundaries that make you feel seen, heard and respected.

  • A Space Where You No Longer

    Feel Alone

You’re giving yourself permission to be authentically seen without fear of others’ judgement.

  • Honoring Your Needs Without Feeling Selfish

Boundaries are the ultimate act of self-love because you want to feel confident to live your truth when you talk about yourself as an LGBTQIA+ parent.

“…Amy made me feel so seen. It was kind of amazing, actually, how much Amy understood me in such a short period of time.”

— Taylor

About Amy

I have always been one hell of a listener, helper and giver. I have also always been committed to trying hard to be open and accepting of everyone. I love people and the intricacies and complexities that make each person who they are, and have a great fondness for listening to the stories that weave each of us into a one-of-a-kind tapestry.

I would be honored to walk alongside you as a fellow LGBTQIA+ parent navigating your unique journey, and offer an empowering place for you to be seen and heard.

A few fun side notes… I believe you are the expert on you, that love is never wrong, there are more than two genders and that In-N-Out Burgers are insanely better with grilled onions and extra cheese.

The Process

1. Plant

When you reach out to inquire or book, you’ll be planting the seed to receive grounded support. We’ll have a warm and casual conversation about what it is you’d like support on.

2. Nourish

When you book, you’ll be guided to prep questions that will help ground our work together. This step becomes the root of our journey.

3. Bloom

One-on-one sessions that focus on your whole self, and meeting you right where you are. Today. And that will be the launching of our work together. At the end of our sessions together, you’ll have a collection of practices offering empowerment, clarity, and ongoing growth in life.

“I warmly recommend Amy to anyone looking to make meaningful changes in their life and career. Her unique blend of empathy, insight, and skill in integral coaching goes beyond temporary, surface-level solutions and aims for a foundational shift towards a more fulfilling and purposeful life.”

Things You’re Probably Wondering…

  • Although I don’t accept insurance, many of my clients find the coaching experience invaluable and choose to invest in it personally. I’d be happy to discuss different payment options with you! Some folks have had success submitting receipts to their insurance for reimbursement under wellness or coaching services, depending on their health plan.

  • You can expect a relaxed conversation where you can ask any questions you want (feel free to bring your favorite beverage to the call!). It’s an opportunity for you to share what challenges you're facing, and for me to explain how my approach to coaching could support you. We’ll discuss your goals and see if working together would be a good fit. The call is all about making sure you feel comfortable and confident moving forward!

  • Yes,1,000%. As a parent of two children in the LGBTQIA+ community, I deeply understand the importance of creating a supportive and inclusive space. I’m committed to offering compassionate, nonjudgmental guidance to all families, and I welcome parents seeking support, particularly those navigating similar experiences. All kinds of families and all kinds of love are seen and supported here.

  • Coaching and therapy have different focuses.

Therapy explores deep emotional healing, addresses past traumas, mental health conditions, and/or patterns impacting your present life. It's more about processing the past and working through it.

Coaching is future-focused. It meets you right where you are in your current state of being, helping you identify your goals, create actionable plans, and develop new skills for personal growth. In coaching, the focus is on where you are now and where you want to go.

Coaching is about guidance, empowerment, and personal development.

  • Yes! Some clients need or want to be in therapy. In fact, it can be a great complement to coaching.

“How Do You Do That??”

That’s what people often say after experiencing coaching with me. Integral coaching isn’t magic, but it IS what sets me apart from other coaches because of the collaborative and “whole self” coaching I offer.
