Frequently Asked Questions

  • Although I don’t accept insurance, many of my clients find the coaching experience invaluable and choose to invest in it personally. I’d be happy to discuss different payment options with you! Some folks have had success submitting receipts to their insurance for reimbursement under wellness or coaching services, depending on their health plan.

  • My free consultation call is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we can get to know each other (feel free to bring your favorite beverage to the call!). It’s an opportunity for you to share what challenges you're facing, and for me to explain how my approach to coaching could support you. We’ll discuss your goals and see if working together would be a good fit. The call is all about making sure you feel comfortable and confident moving forward, with no obligation.

  • My “Parenting Superpower Preview” session is a personalized 45 minute session and is $97.

My 12-session package titled “The Path To Parenting Bliss: A 12-session Transformation” is $2,950 OR $540 paid in 6 monthly installments.

  • My services are absolutely LGBTQIA+ friendly! As a parent of two children in the LGBTQIA+ community, I deeply understand the importance of creating a supportive and inclusive space. I’m committed to offering compassionate, nonjudgmental guidance to all families, and I welcome parents seeking support, particularly those navigating similar experiences. My goal is to help foster open, loving communication in every family dynamic.

  • Coaching and therapy have different focuses.

Therapy explores deep emotional healing, addresses past traumas, mental health conditions, and/or patterns impacting your present life. It's more about processing the past and working through it.

Coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused. It meets you right where you are in your current state of being, helping you identify your goals, create actionable plans, and develop new skills for personal growth. In coaching, the focus is on where you are now and where you want to go.

While therapy is typically more clinical, coaching is about guidance, empowerment, and personal development.

  • Yes! Some clients need or want to be in therapy. In fact, it can be a great complement to coaching.
